1. Pulgogi Pot :
Bulgogi is a popular hotpot in Korea because of its
delicious and attractive taste. It is made from Bulgogi sauce with spices, bone
broth, seaweed, dried fish...
This hotpot is sweet, easy to eat, and it can be said that
it is the perfect choice for you not to eat hot spicy.
This Bulgogi hot pot is very suitable to eat with beef,
vermicelli and mushrooms.
2. Bibimbap Korean:
Bibimbap is rice mixed with meat and vegetables, one of the
famous Korean dishes and is loved by many people.
The main ingredient of this dish is rice, put above is namul
which is known as fried vegetables, depending on the season and Kochuchang
chili sauce. Popular ingredients are raw or fried eggs and thinly sliced meat
such as beef. Ingredients are thoroughly mixed before eating. It can be used
cold or hot.
Currently, mixed rice has changed a lot compared to
traditional rice to be suitable for everyone, not just for Koreans.
3.Kimchi Korea :
A Korean dish made of vegetables, such as cabbage or
radishes, that are salted, seasoned, and stored in sealed containers to undergo
lactic acid fermentation. Or it is a spicy and sour Korean dish made of
vegetables that have been allowed to ferment.
All kinds of kimchi have an attractive and spicy aroma.
In Korea, kimchi is used in most daily meals and is a
component of many dishes: kimchi jjigae or kimchi soup, kimchi bokkeumbap or
kimchi fried rice.
4.Japchae:
The main ingredients for making this dish are vermicelli and
seasonal vegetables usually with thin sliced carrots, onions, spinach, and
mushrooms and it has usually beef meat. Korean people use sesame oil or sesame
oil to stir-fry dishes. The main spices are soy sauce and chili and sesame
seeds. Japchae can be eaten hot or cold.
5.Soondubu Jjigae:
Soup made from tofu, seafood as shrimp or clam, oysters,
mussels or meat, mushrooms, kimchi, vegetables and lots of chili. Eaters often
beat raw eggs when it is boiling.
6.Seolleongtang :
Seolleongtang is a Korean-style soup made from well-cooked
beef and bone.
Seolleongtang also calls the stew beef bone soup. For those
who love Korean cuisine, they have come to Korea without enjoying a smoky
Seolleongtang soup with this rich taste, which will surely be an unfortunate
omission.
Seolleongtang is made from meat and beef bones well cooked.
Beef bones cook for 10 hours until the water is milky white and the meat of
this soup is mixed with white noodles.
Seolleongtang is always served with white rice or pasta, and
served with spicy kimchi made from typical Korean radish.
7.Dakjuk:
Dakjuk or chicken porridge is an extremely delicious and
attractive dish. You just need to stew the chicken with onions, lots of garlic,
and add sushi rice until you get drunk. So there is Dakjuk dish, Koreans still
call it porridge even though it does not have oats.
8. Hotteok :
How to make this dish is to use dough or sticky dough rolled
into round pieces, flattened with sugar, peanuts and cinnamon powder, then
grilled on a hot iron griddle.
It is a kind of pastry often sold at stalls in Korean
streets, a favorite dish of students and young people.
